Streptococcus Group A Culture

|Collection Instructions||If other throat organisms are of interest they must be specified on the Microbiology requisition.|
|Container type||Polyester swab in charcoal transport media.
Note: If Streptococcus Group A antigen testing is also being requested it is required to submit two polyester swabs in a paper envelope.
