Turn around times For samples received by 1200 (Monday-Friday) and 1000 (weekends and holidays) the results will be available by 1600. Results for samples that miss the cut-off times will be available the following day.
Additional information Sirolimus is an immunosuppresant drug used to prevent organ graft rejection. Therapeutic drug monitoring is used to optimize dose.

This method yields results approximately 20% higher than the Abbott IMx immunoassay due to improved extraction and recovery of sirolimus from whole blood samples. Information regarding cross reactivity of this assay with metabolites and other drugs can be found in the link to the Lab Procedure.
