|Reflex?||Yes, if positive a confirmatory test (TPAB) will be performed at an additional charge.
Testing may be ordered without this reflex (codes RPRNO, RPRO) for known positive patients in whom the RPR titer is being followed as an indication of effective therapy.

Positive results are confirmed by a specific treponemal antibody test (TPAB) unless the check box is marked on the requisition to omit this reflex testing
