| Collection Instructions | Chill tube before collection. Deliver sample on ice IMMEDIATELY to laboratory (should be received within 30 min of collection). Specimen label should contain the date the sample was collected and the legible name of the person who collected the sample. |

Provide immediately to Chemistry who will centrifuge and assay sample. If specimen is collected at Mt. Zion, centrifuge immediately. Aliquot and freeze the sample (-20C) immediately and send to Moffitt/Long on next scheduled delivery run. |
