| Collection Instructions | Preferred POC specimen is fetal skin (30 mg) chorionic villi (25 mg) and samples of internal organs such as kidney, liver, and/or lung samples. For non-POC specimens, skin or other tissue biopsies are also acceptable. If multiple sites are requested. Indicate on tube origin of tissue(s). Complete and submit a "UCSF Reproductive Genetics Lab Results" or a "UCSF Cytogenetic Requisition" form and send with the samples.
