|Collection Instructions||Fill Red top tube completely. If being collected with other antibody and or crossmatch testing, collect 2 tubes.

|UCSF Rejection Criteria||Hemolyzed sample and or presence of substances that can interfere with the assay (high background).|

|Stability||If kept at ambient temperature, can be good for up to 72 hours|
|Turn around times||Test run Monday – Friday. Expected TAT for routine test is < 11 working days.|
|Additional information||This test assigns cPRA (calculated PRA) and determines specific Class II antibodies. It is used in both pre-transplant antibody testing and post-transplant monitoring.
This test is NOT for evaluation of transfusion-related fever or refractoriness to platelet transfusions (contact Blood Bank, 415-353-1313).
