Collection Instructions Fill ACD tube completely. Obtain ACD tube from Specimen Receiving. If being collected with other HLA intermediate resolution typing such as HLA-A, HLA-C, HLA-DR, HLA-DQ, etc., 1 tube is sufficient for all tests. Collect additional samples if white blood cell (WBC) count is low (<1,000).
