Collection Instructions Submit stool sample in clean container. Do NOT collect stool in preservative.

If unable to collect stool use swab provided in viral holding media. Do NOT use calcium alginate or wooden handled swabs.

Additional information This assay differentiates between Norovirus Group I and Group II. Genogroup I and Genogroup II assays show slight cross-reactivity with high titers of Norovirus Genotype IV RNA.
