Overview

Problematic flat lesions (Discriminating CIS vs. dysplasia, vs. reactive, significance/handling of predominantly denuded urothelium, histologic types / patterns of CIS). Problematic papillary lesions. Common inflammatory lesions / mimickers of carcinomas (e.g. nephrogenic metaplasia). Recognizing criteria for microscopic invasion and T1 vs. T2. Utility of immunohistochemistry / ancillary studies
