Anatomic Pathologist - Louisiana State U. (LSUHSC-S)
ANATOMIC PATHOLOGIST
The Department of Pathology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences
Center in Shreveport (LSUHSC-S) is seeking afellowship-trained Anatomic
Pathologist; training in Neuropathology, Ob-Gyn pathology, GIpathology or ENT
pathology is preferred. The successful candidate must qualify for a full-time
medical faculty position and be board certified or board eligible in Anatomic
Pathology or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.A candidate with five or more
years of postfellowship experience is prefered, but2010 graduates will also be
considered. The candidate will have service and teaching responsibilities, and
will be expected to develop an area of academic productivity. LSUHSC-S has an
excellent resident training program with three fellowship positions in Surgical
Pathology and Cytopathology, and has an active outreach program and
state-of-art molecular laboratories in cancer, cytogenetics, virology.
